Job Title: Business Usage & Retention

Reporting to: Head of Commercial
Location: Dar es Salaam
Role Purpose: Responsible for customer usage and retention in customer life cycle Increase ARPU and reduce Churn   
Key Responsibilities
- Increase ARPU and reduce CHURN.
 - Usage:
 - Data mining and the generation of databases for weekly promotional campaigns, based on Customer segmentation
 - Coordination of weekly email delivery and other communications
 - Reporting results of the different campaigns and on the increase of usage.
 - Retention:
 - Reduction of churn through different campaigns directed to activate dormant customers based On segmentation
 - Data analysis of consumer behavior to reactivate revenue stream from existing base.
 - Ensure profitability of the segment and positive contribution to the overall brand equity.
 - Generation of customer loyalty programs to increase usage and permanence.
 - Preparing business case and checking profitability for new products insuring that there is no revenue cannibalization
 - Professionally and ethically manage relationships with business partners (internal and External)
 - Coordinate the preparation of commercial/consumer department annual budget and track execution all through the year to ensure achievement
 - Develop and own the commercial/customer organization dashboard providing timely and accurate analysis and information to relevant stakeholders
 - Manage events diary for General Manager
 - Manage Telephone calls to and from the General Manager
 - Handling stationery issues
